Frequently Asked Questions:

  • I’m based outside Metro Manila and I only visit your store at least once a month. Can I request for an extension for exchange?
    • Answer: Yes. Your request can be approved provided that you report was made within 7 days of purchase. Initial extension can be 15 days from the transaction date.
  • Where should I email you and what are the attachments required?
    • Email us at robiandpeachclothingshop@gmail.com
      • Subject: Returns - Damage (Sales Receipt No. XXXXX)
      • Attachments:
        • Photo of the Item (Proof of Defect)
        • Copy of Sales Receipt
        • Copy of Way Bill (If any)

  • Who will cover for the return fees?
    • Answer: You need to pay first the shipping fee to return the item.   The return fees will be billed to Robi & Peach Clothing Shop once the physical item is received and inspected. Once approved, we will reimburse the shipment cost as credits on your next purchase or credit it your bank account. The maximum shipping fee we can reimburse is upto P200 only. Any amount in excess of the 200 pesos will be shouldered by the Customer. 
    • I received a wrong item. How can I request for an exchange?
      • Answer: Please report immediately and email us at robiandpeachclothingshop@gmail.com 
        • Subject: Returns - Wrong Item (Sales Receipt No. XXXXX)
          • Attachments:
            • Photo of the Item 
            • Copy of Sales Receipt
            • Copy of Way Bill (If any)
        • Once confirmed, you may present the item on our main store or ship back item for exchange.
