Returns Policy

The customer may return an item purchased at to our main store at Unit 2G-9 Two Shopping Center, Taft Ave. EXT  026 Zone 10, Pasay City, Philippines 1300. The customer may exchange any item from the store provided that the return conditions below has been met. If the item chosen is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of the exchange. If of lower value, the price difference is forfeited. Please be advised that all returned items shall be evaluated to confirm its condition.

Returns due to factory defect are only valid within 7 days from Purchase date. Items can be returned within 7 calendar days from shipment date, in the case of  a manufacturing defect. 

The following are the most common manufacturing defects:

  1. Broken, skipped or missing stitches
  2. Open seams
  3. Dimensions out of tolerance
  4. Stains or fabric run

Please note that "change of mind" or if "item doesn't fit," are NOT considered valid for refund or exchange. Items on Sale are not qualified for refund or exchange

The customer has the responsibility to immediately report to Robi & Peach, the type of manufacturing defect such as broken, skipped or missing stitches, dimensions out of tolerance and open seams. If the item is damaged, the Customer should immediately send a photo of the item and receipt to the Seller’s Online Channels (e.g. Facebook, Viber, Messenger) and email us for documentation. Damaged item/s for return, should be presented or delivered to the main store. Sales Receipt should be presented prior to inspection and evaluation. Return items must be unused and in its original packaging.
